Holiday in a placid atmosphere
Trasira Apartments in San Cassiano provide the feeling of comfort and relaxation: soft colours, large windows, wood furniture and underfloor heating thanks to a private wood pellet boiler. Every apartment has a kitchen equipped with electric hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change. The other facilities include: outdoor private parking, garage for bikes and motorcycles, ski room with a ski boot dryer, TV/SAT, free WI-FI and washing machine for shared use (fee-based). Let alone the view from every window, which is literally priceless.

The apartment is composed of a triple bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features both shower and bathtub. The apartment has a direct access to the panoramic terrace, equipped, in summer, with tables and sun loungers.

The apartment is composed of a double bedroom with a sofa bed for a third person, a twin bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment features 2 bathrooms and has a direct access to the panoramic terrace, equipped, in summer, with tables and sun loungers.

The apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for a third person and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and features a balcony with a panoramic view over the village of La Villa, framed by the mighty Dolomites.

In winter, the white carousel of Alta Badia ensures a complete ski offer, including a wide variety of blue, red and black runs, snow guarantee thanks to a cutting-edge snowmaking system and excellent connections with the other resorts of the giant Dolomiti Superski area. Discover the charm of such ski tours as Sellaronda and the First World War Tour. Have fun with sleds, snowshoes and numerous ski shows. And for the daring ones there are various areas equipped for freestyle and lots of virgin slopes for ski mountaineering and freeride. But the Dolomites favour not only winter sports.
In summer, it’s an immense pleasure to hike or pedal through the untouched scenery of Alta Badia. Right from Trasira Apartments you can reach on foot on by mountain bike the places of stunning beauty, such as the Sanctuary of Santa Croce and the Nature Park Fanes-Sennes-Braies (Fanes-Sennes-Prags). For families there are various themed trails dedicated to the local flora and fauna (fox example the larch forest trail - in Ladin language "Tru di Lersc"), as well as numerous cultural and gastronomic events. While the most trained mountain lovers will enjoy a variety of climbing sites and fixed-rope routes (via ferrata).

The prices are per person and day for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include: water and electricity, WIFI, weekly laundry change, final cleaning, private car park, ski depot with ski boot dryer, bike depot.
Important: All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 2,30 Euro per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
The apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the arrival day until 9 a.m. on the de- parture day.
You are pleased to contact us if the number of the persons booked changes. In case of delayed arrivals, earlier departures or free beds we charge the daily rate.
The bookings are binding after having paid a deposit of 200 € per apartment. The residual amount must be settled by the end of the stay.
Please do not smoke in the apartments. We hope you understand.
For hygienic reasons we do not accepts pets.

Where we are
Trasira Apartments enjoy a panoramic position in the locality Ciampidel of San Cassiano in Badia. The centre of San Cassiano, as well as the one of La Villa, are less than 2 km away. The same is valid for the mountain lifts and for the ski slopes of Alta Badia. While hiking trails and biking routes pass right in front of the house.
